EWE established fulfillment centers in two key Australian states:

Sydney : With a pallet capacity of 543, this center handles an average daily order volume of 140 B2B and B2C orders.

Melbourne : With a pallet capacity of 167, this center processes an average of 45 daily orders.

Special Handling and Storage Solutions

Fragile Product Handling: Understanding the fragility of PRISM+ products, EWE implemented specialized handling protocols to ensure products were protected during storage and transit. This includes careful packaging, secure shelving, and the use of padded lifting equipment.

Serial Number Scanning: To maintain traceability and prevent loss, EWE implemented mandatory serial number (SN) scanning during both inbound and outbound processes, ensuring full accountability for every unit.

Inbound Services: Handling of pallets, master cartons, and individual units, including those between 26-50 kgs.
