At EWE, we marked International Womenâs Day with a warm morning tea and an inspiring talk on mental health and work-life balance for career women. A huge thank you to Beier Huang from Sydney Womenâs Counselling Centrefor leading an insightful session and sharing valuable advice.
We also proudly launched the Migrant Women in Supply Chain Network, an initiative dedicated to mentorship, networking, and career growth for migrant women in the industry. Tatyana P. introduced the initiative, emphasizing its mission to create a supportive and collaborative space for women to connect, share experiences, and empower one another.
COO Chris Wang thanked our female employees for their contributions and reaffirmed EWEâs commitment to inclusion. He said that as the industry evolves, EWE will continue to create more opportunities for women to thrive.
At EWE, we acknowledge the challenges women navigate across industries and celebrate their resilience, contributions, and achievements. Wishing everyone a Happy International Womenâs Day! đâ¨"
